There's nothing better than being outdoors and there's no better way to spend time outdoors in the winter than skiing with family and friends. Pats Peak is less than 3 miles from Henniker House and Phil is their unofficial ambassador.
Mid-week skiing is some of the best; the mountain is not as crowded. We are offering our best available king or queen room at time of booking at as much as a 40% discount. We’ve created 3, 2 & 1 night packages that combine with 2 days of lift tickets. For example, two nights, two days of skiing is $130 per person double occupancy in the queen rooms and $180 in the king rooms. Weekend ski & stay packages are also available with lift tickets at up to a 30% discount. Please call 603-428-3198 for details.

- KH Brattleboro, VT
We love handcrafts and have hosted creative folks who attend courses at The Fiber Studio and Quilted Threads. Please mention the course you’re attending when you book for the applicable discount.
"Henniker is the international meeting place for quilters from Norway & Australia"
A couple of quilting goddesses, who frequent the Strip Club at Quilted Threads, have booked the whole house for a weekend a couple of times now. Do you have a group who would like to do the same?
"Even if you don’t craft,
a girls' weekend is always fun!"
Come back to Henniker House and unwind with the healing touch of therapeutic massage with an in-room massage. We have arrangements with three local licensed massage therapists. Please enquire at time of booking.
The second night of a mid-week stay may qualify for a discount - please inquire when you book.
If your schedule permits, Henniker offers some mid-week treasures. Come stay at Henniker House on a Tuesday in the summer and enjoy live music at the Gazebo.
Stay over Wednesday and attend a yoga class – we’ll pay the class fee for one Henniker House guest per mid-week stay. If you are here on a Thursday, the farmers market is right across the street.

Maple sugar - Nature's reward for enduring New Hampshire's winter. The Indians called it 'sinzibukwud'.
In colonial times there was a plan to make America self-sufficient in sugar production by using maple sugar.
You can see maple syrup made the old-fashioned way and taste some treats when you come to Henniker House during March Maple weekend.
We will keep a pulse on the Maple Season and announce specials when we know how Mother Nature is feeling. We can always direct you to our favorite sugar houses to see the boiling process or taste the treats!
Check in on Thursday so you can start the workshop with breakfast listening to Dan's old Yankee stories. You'll carve all day Friday, all day Saturday and half of Sunday. The package includes 3 nights lodging (for the price of 2 and a half), 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches and is priced at $250 per person over the applicable room rate. For example, the Front room at $120 times 2.5 plus tax equals $327.00 plus $250 for each carver makes the workshop $577.00 for a single and $827.00 for a couple. There may be limited "day student" availability.
We haven't set the date for our next workshop yet so
please call Henniker House at 603-428-3198 for more information.
